Brückner Group Asia Pacific, a production and service platform business in Rayong, we seek you as a dedicated SAP expert to manage and document our local IT processes and to coordinate them with the German HQ. Highly motivated, you will hold a key position in a successful and constantly growing company. The SAP Business Analyst will act as the interface between Brueckner Group AsiaPacific Business and IT and SAP global team, plan, design and implement effective business and system solutions, identify opportunities for improvement, train the SAP key users, participate actively to SAP Projects, and solve complex issues in collaboration with the Operations team.
Main functions of the position:
- SAP S/4 Systems support; providing in-house project management for SAP projects.
- Getting requirement with local Business rationalization (fit & gap analysis) till summarize requirement.
- Being part of the global SAP support team
- Ensuring a cross-functional view of the organization’s functional needs
- Defining and documenting SAP processes, change document, user documentation, test scripts, etc. for the company
Other Duties of the position:
- Provide support to operation team for complex issues
- Provide knowledge transfer to colleagues about new implement solutions.
- 1st level support for local business
- Conduct SAP related in-house training
- Supporting departments to define their IT related needs and routing them to the relevant global SAP team
- Support of the central SAP team in aligning Brückner’s local and global requirements
You should bring these key skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Computer, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA environment with 3 years
- Experience in SAP process customization in one of the key end-to-end modules (preferably FI, PS)
- Understanding of global and preferably western business processes

- Proactive and able to work under pressure
