Our Team

This is Sanet

Sanet was founded in 2003 in Germany and just one year later in Thailand and Hong Kong. Sanet stood for “Strategic Alliance Networks”, a network of experienced industry managers. Their goal was to support Western companies in investing and entering the Chinese and ASEAN markets. It quickly became apparent that Thailand and the ASEAN countries were becoming serious competitors for China as an investment country. As a result, this region became the focus and “Sanet” became the SANET.

Meanwhile, Sanet HQ in Bangkok developed into the “one-stop service” in all special corporate situations. The group grew into four business units working together under the name of Sanet (Thailand) Co. Ltd, Sanet Trade and Services Ltd. and Sanet Legal Ltd. The business areas include investment consulting, management consulting, restructuring, market and potential analysis, industry representation, legal services, as well as our recruitment agency in Thailand under the brand “Creating Careers”.

Gunter Denk is the President and founder of the Sanet Group. The Bangkok based German lawyer combines 25 years of entrepreneurship as owner and CEO of a market leading companies in Germany and China with his experience in establishing and structuring and establishing business worldwide.

Chulalux Chinwong

CEO

As Managing Director of Sanet Trade & Services, she is responsible for about a dozen Business Units of Western and Singaporean Companies in Thailand, with which Sanet takes over marketing, sales and service for their customers in Thailand or even ASEAN.

Mag. Fabian Sonntagbauer LL.M

COO

Our Austrian Partner Fabian Sonntagbauer graduated in law (Magister Juris) at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz. After the court training year required in Austria, he worked in litigation law in a law firm in Linz mainly in the field of procedural law. In 2021, Mr. Sonntagbauer enrolled at Chulalongkorn University Bangkok to study international business law and participated in intercultural discourse with lawyers from all over the world.

After graduating in International Law in Thailand, Fabian Sonntagbauer joined Sanet Management as a Director and Co-owner and is also a member of the Group's Joint Advisory Board.

Sunee Wassananukul

Accounting Manager

With over 15 years of experience in Financial Accounting and her license as a Certified Public Auditor (CPA), Ms. Sunee belongs to the closest circle of Sanet management.

From local tax laws, through IFRS, audits, BOI reporting to budget control: The high acceptance also by the tax authorities makes the smart and likable manager an important "asset" of the Sanet Group.

Supaknut (Fah) Putsarapun

Business Consultant & Head of Recruitment

Ms. Supaknut achieved her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at the internationally renowned Assumption University of Thailand. Ms. Supaknut enjoys her responsibilities, in particular helping her clients to achieve their goals.

In doing so, she is greatly benefited by her remarkable talent to communicate in a friendly and target-oriented manner with people of various cultures. Since October 2021, after great achievements, she now occupies the position of the Head of Recruitment for the Sanet recruitment agency CREATING CAREERS.

Thitapas (Chompoo) Thitinoppaset

Office Manager

After high school, Ms. Thitapas Thitinoppaset first completed an 18-month internship in Germany and gained language experience during this time.

After graduating from Suan Dusit Rajabhat University (Airline Business), she was trained and educated in human resource management and administration. She was also involved in the international expansion of the company overseas and in logistics.

She is now working as Office Manager supporting Sanet Group.

Jinnicha (Jan) Visuthiwat

Accounting and Customer Service

Already during her studies of International Business Management at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, Ms. Jinnicha distinguished herself don the occasion of an internship by her quick comprehension, high reliability, and very excellent team spirit.

For Sanet, it was and is a great benefit that Ms. Jinnicha accepted an offer from the company after her graduation from university, and today performs both accounting and customer service with great commitment and in direct reporting to the management.

Surawit (Boom) Sattawon

Senior Associate Lawyer

Mr. Surawit (Boom) Sattawon is a lawyer and notary services attorney as well as a Barrister at Law. He studied law at Chiang Mai University and obtained the Certificate on Constitutional Jurisdiction at Kasem Bundit University in 2022.

Since 2019, he has been conducting civil and labor litigation as well as criminal defense cases in two reputable Thai law firms.

Since August 2023, Mr. Surawit has been contributing his expertise to Sanet Legal Ltd. and is a perfect complement to Sanet's core expertise in corporate and foreign commercial law.

With Mr. Surawit, the Sanet team has gained an experienced, skillful and at the same time very personable colleague.

Patcharee (Fai) Siriboon

Junior Consultant

Ms. Patcharee (Fai) Siriboon graduated from the Institute of International Study at Ramkhamhaeng University with a Bachelor's degree in English and a minor in International Business. With her excellent English and communication skills, she is very capable in communicating the results of her team's work and assisting the team with difficult research.

Her experience in solving specific problems helps her to build a future as a business consultant.

Dej Bupawon

Partner

Mr. Dej Bupawon is partner and one of the “back bones” of our Thai German law-firm. The 60-year-old litigation lawyer is not only a competent advisor to our clients in civil and commercial area, but also the person if it comes to controversial negotiation or even litigation.

Sujira Ngomrath

Senior Lawyer

M.L. Sujira Ngomrath is our senior lawyer with broad international experience. Her studies in the United States provided her an Excellent English proficiency. She is a gentle but determined professional advisor with great negotiation skills.

Chavalit Chamsomboon

Senior Lawyer

Mr. Chavalit joint our Thai-German Law firm being a long-term legal representative of the Thai oil and gas industry. The 57-year-old senior attorney at law is an excellent negotiator, being highly respected for his calm and professional negotiation style. He is very well connected with Security and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) and the leading public companies.

Sawake Kornkasem

Senior Lawyer

Mr. Sawake is a very well respected Barrister-at-Law located in Chachoengsao, the neighbouring province to Bangkok and Chonburi. He steps in, if the management faces criminal charge, which may be based on breach of environmental, labor related misconducts or other severe breaches of Thai legal regulations being regarded as criminal offense.

Suthep Viraarchakul

Mr. Suthep joined the Thai German law firm Sanet Legal Ltd. as a Senior Attorney-at-Law supervising our young and ambitious associate lawyers on wide fields of the Thai legal system. His experience in litigation helps the team not only to gain legal knowledge, but also to apply it in practice.

Sawita (Kaning) Iamkaew

Ms. Sawita Iamkaew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from the University of Southampton. She is committed to driving digital business success. With her expertise in digital marketing areas, she strives to enhance the Sanet Group’s awareness and foster meaningful connections with its customers.

Kwanjira (Bow) Sangmoon

Marketing Analyst

Ms. Kwanjira graduated with honors from Silpakon University with a degree in business administration, English language and a focus on marketing. She was particularly appreciated by colleagues and trainers for her enthusiastic and strong-willed personality.

Now she is putting her team spirit and willingness to take on responsibility to the test as a Marketing Analyst at Sanet.

Samuel Husch

Visiting Expert

Samuel Husch supports the team as visiting expert. He studies International Global Management at Bremen University of Applied Sciences and completed an exchange semester at Prince of Songkhla University in Phuket, Thailand. This experience provided him with an intercultural and business-oriented background to effectively support the Sanet team.

Patchara Poprathom

JUNIOR LEGAL ASSOCIATE

Mr. Patchara Poprathom holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the faculty of international business law at Thammasat University and joined the firm in 2023.

He is fluent in English and has gain his legal knowledge and experience from his experience as a legal assistant for solicitors and barristers in the UK. He has also had internship in an international law firm focusing on corporate and litigation departments since 2021.

In April 2024, Patchara contributed to the Sanet group on the grounds of corporate and commercial law, a Foreign Business License, and the BOI through his expertise in business law.

The co-founder and principal shareholder of the Sanet companies in Thailand has an excellent network of contacts in the country. Ms Chinwong communicates the aims and objectives of our clients to the “stakeholders” in Thailand, and leads the organization.

Kornkanok Samakkarn

Head of TUNAP Business Unit

Miss Samakkarn leads the Tunap Business Unit. She is an important connection between the German management and the Tunap Distributors in Thailand.

Pojchara Poonpratin

Head of Vogelsang Business unit

Mr. Pojchara has more than 10 years of experience in the pump industry; sales, after service, technical training and marketing. His service to customers is based on hands on solution to learn their requirements, problems and characters. With strong skills in troubleshoot and sales solution skills, he now leads as the Head of Sale Thailand Vogelsang Business Unit.

Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Kunze

Head of Dr. Schenk Business Unit

Andreas Kunze, a German engineer, graduated from the University of Stuttgart with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and IT. During this time, he already had the opportunity of gathering experience in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. For years, he served Dr. Schenk, a leading global manufacturer of optical inspection systems, as project manager in China, Taiwan and Southeast Asia.

In this position, Andreas Kunze developed specialized expertise in mechanical engineering, software, project management and leadership in international teams. In 2021, he moved to Sanet Trade & Services where he heads the Dr Schenk Business Unit with responsibility for sales and services in Asiapacific.

Bernd Leushake

Head of Huebner Business Unit

Bernd Leushake successfully completed his education as an Industrial Mechanical Engineer at the renowned Westfalen Technikum in Dortmund/Germany in 1990. Thereafter, he gained almost 25 years of managerial experience in Indonesia and Thailand as General Manager Business Development Manager for reputable German companies. We are proud to have been able to acquire him as the Head of our Business Unit for Johannes Hübner, a machine builder based in Giessen, Germany.

Julien Didron

Head of Komet APAC Business Unit

Komet is a leading manufacturer of dental instruments and endodontic products. With over 15 years of experience in the dental market and more than 20 years in the APAC region, Julien Didron contributes an unique knowledge of the region's markets and cultures to Komet's customer service as Head of BU at Sanet. After graduating with an Executive MBA from the prestigious RMIT, Didron embarked on an unusually successful career in Asia Pacific, which has now culminated in his involvement with the Sanet BU for KOMET.

Pattarachai (Stamp) Roongsritong

Data Test Engineer

Pattarachai Roongsritong graduated with a B. Eng in Chemical Engineering from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. After gaining initial experience at a well-known Japanese car manufacturer as a paint process engineer, he decided to pursue an Australian Master's degree in Data Analytics at Queensland University of Technology in 2019.

He then gained his postgraduate experience in data analytics at one of the well-known commercial bank in Thailand and an Aichi-based engineering company in Japan.

He is currently working as a Data Test Engineer in the IT-M Business Unit at Sanet Trade & Servcies to support high value data migrations in global ERP implementation projects for a German multinational company in the APAC region.

Kositnutt Nithithongsakul

Technical Sales Manager

Mr. Kositnutt Nithithongsakul holds a Bachelor's degree in General Business Administration from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.

He gained 6 years of experience as a cutting tool manufacturer, 2 years as a heat treatment Mold and Die in the tool and die industry and 6 years as a cutting tool manufacturer in a trading company.

He is currently working as Technical Sales Manager in Utilis Business Unit at Sanet Trade & Services.

Phairat (Tuck) Phetchamnan

Service Manager

Mr. Phairat has earned his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in Sydney, Australia since 2002. He has over 20 years of experience in technical field service. This is among implementing mechatronic automation, machine installation commissioning of equipment. He also uses his knowledge for after sales care and even consulting on logistics, project planning and project execution.

He is Service Manager in the Bürkle business unit at Sanet Trade & Services.

Supachai (Mark) Dacharach

Junior IT Consultant

Supachai Dacharach has a University Degree in Electrical Engineering. He took on an important role at Sanet Trade & Services Co. Ltd. as a Junior IT Consultant in the IT-M Business Unit.

There he contributes to the success of Sanet and IT-M with his valuable skills such as effective communication, time management and team management.

Sanpat (Copter) Chanthanuraks

Junior IT Consultant

Mr. Sanpat Chanthanuraks graduated from the International School of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Engineering.

As the Junior IT Consultant, he utilizes his technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and communication skills in both Thai and English to assist the team in various IT projects.

Phakhin (Ken) Lert-assavarat

Junior IT Consultant

Mr. Phakhin Lert-assavarat graduated in 2022 with a B.E. in Information and Communication Engineering. He previously worked as an HRIS Implementation Consultant and later as a Business Development Representative for a SaaS start-up. This has given him a healthy blend of hands-on experience in the technical, business, and customer service aspects of the enterprise software industry, which will be a valuable asset to the IT-M team.

Pitchayathida Asunee Na Ayutthaya

Junior IT Consultant

Ms. Pitchayathida Asunee Na Ayutthaya graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, double majoring in Supply Chain Management and Digital Business Management from Assumption University. Using her skills from working with the University comity, she is eager to continue learning and grow with the team that shares a common goal to fulfil tasks and projects that makes a real difference.
