After a challenging start during the COVID19 period, Binzel (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of the German ABICOR GROUP, now wants to take off with you as an energetic, sales-oriented manager and GM. Supported by a Foreign Business License, you will drive Binzel to become a preferred partner of Thailand’s industry with its superior welding technology, it’s the state-of-the-art fume extraction systems as well as the renown “Thermacut” cutting technology. If you have a solid technical and commercial background as well as sales experience in technical industries and also proficiency in English, then you should readjust our team in Thailand and take the opportunity to start your great career as a BINZEL General Manager.
Main functions of the position:
- Development, improve and implement the company’s business and sales strategy and organization
- Set and monitor budget and Sales KPI in cooperation with German HQ
- Expansion of existing customer relations and acquisition of new business.
- Cooperate closely with HQ to meet company targets and KPI’s in Thailand.
- Building a strong, efficient company organization and a highly motivated team.
- Ensuring compliance with local legislation and Group policies.
Other Duties of the position:
- Actively representing The Company at trade fairs and congresses by key notes and networking.
- Emphasis on product training and coaching employees for their sales tasks.
- Willingness to take on and successfully implement projects assigned by the HQ.
- Willingness and capability to support the company business in cross-regional Asia Pacific.
You should bring these key skills:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or related, ideally combines with business administration.
- Management experience in a highly technical industry environment.
- Marketing and cross-selling experience for industrial equipment and appliances.
- Proven loyalty to the company and openness to discuss new solutions and approaches with his team and HQ.
- Excellent command in English; Japanese language skills are an advantage.

- Strategic strength combined with a precise working style, and a keen sense for practical solutions.
