Main functions of the position:
- Conduct telephone interviews and collect data for a factual report.
- Participation in assessment interviews and documentation of observations and assessments.
- Working with management to prepare the executive summary and the recommendation to the customers.
- Supporting customers in creating job descriptions and characteristics.
- Compiling job postings and preparing criteria for evaluating candidates.
- Identifying potential candidates using job platforms, LinkedIn, cold calling, mailings and the Sanet website.
You should bring these key skills:
- Degree in HR, Communication, Business Administration or related subject.
- Strong and targeted communication by phone and face to face.
- One- or two-years’ experience in HR or Recruiting of advantage.
- Excellent judgment of social and personal characteristics.
- Exceptionally effective self-organization and process discipline.
- Authorized to work in Thailand.
