We are looking for an exceptional organizational talent with a great command of English and a positive mindset who enjoys working in an international team.
Do you have the confidence to become the trusted assistant of the CEO of the Brückner Group and somewhat the organizational backbone of its team of 60 high qualified commercial and technical experts.
Main functions of the position:
- Survey and support of the CEO’s overall administrative tasks in a trustworthy manner.
- Communicate and outline the management policy to relevant departments.
- Observing and notifying the CEO about his appointments and email correspondence.
- Support communication with German HQ and affiliated companies.
- Organize meetings with visitors, manage traveling and organize visitor registration.
Other functions of the position:
- Preparing data and presentations for CEO.
- Taking minutes of Management meetings and survey tasks assigned to participants.
- Supporting stake holders on their need address the CEO.
- Support on leadership on projects.
You should bring these key skills:
- Excellent command of English is a prerequisite; Degree of BA is of advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience as efficient Management Assistant or Office Manager.
- Strong self-organization and high level of understanding of business processes.
- Positive attitude and communication even under stress.
- Confident use of MS software (Excel, Word, Power Point, To Do, Outlook).
This would be favorable:
- High level of reliability and result- oriented in completing tasks.
- Work experience in an international company is an advantage.
- A character shaped by helpfulness and teamwork.
- Authorized to work in Thailand.
