Sanet Trade & Services as the company’s new home in Southeast Asia

Sanet is particularly proud of the fact that it has now been given the exclusive right to set up a Business Unit in Bangkok for the renowned SME company as a Hub for customer support in Southeast Asia. The Hübner Sales and Service Center has already been active since August 2021.
Since August 2021, customers in Thailand have been intensively supported by a Hübner Sales and Service Center at Sanet. Our picture shows the Head of Business Unit, Bernd Leushake, with Business Development Manager Akadej Tangpaosak and Sales Manager Pitayapol Shinnawattrawongso from EUROSIA Trading Co. Ltd., Thailand’s leading supplier of goods and services for chemical raw materials and additives in metal processing.
BOI Promotion for Brückner and Bystronic
European mechanical engineers now with full service in Thailand and ASEAN
It is with some pride that the Sanet Group reports these days about the successful application of its clients Brückner Group-Asia Pacific Co. Ltd. and Bystronic (Thailand) Co. Ltd. for recognition as Trade & Investment Support Office (TISO) under the Thai Board of Investment (BOI). Sanet Legal Ltd. assisted both companies from the initial conceptual consultation through to the final approval of the BOI-Application.
Jointly, the legal form and structure of the 100 % subsidiaries in Thailand were first defined, and the company was established. Assisted by Sanet ASEAN ADVISORS, the investors defined their activities in Thailand and aligned them with the BOI incentives. Finally, a detailed business plan was submitted and agreed with the BOI authority in confidence.
As the reward for all the effort, the Brückner Group will now be opening its ASEAN Hub near Rayong in the near future. From here, the production lines for film stretching technology, world-wide known as “Brückner Lines” will be installed and commissioned to customers throughout Asia and around the world.
Managing director Walter Ströder used the time of the application process to already identify a suitable site at the WHA Industrial Estate and, together with Sanet, recruit and train the first 10 key members of the Brückner Team.

Founded in 1996 by German engineer and entrepreneur Kurt Krannich, Krannich Solar GmbH & Co. KG has earned a prominent reputation within the global photovoltaic market over the past 25 years. Worldwide, the trading company focuses on providing and selling the complete range of components required for a high-quality PV system.
After almost four years of developing the business successfully in Singapore, now the important Thai solar market will be in focus and serviced in a first-class manner through a Business Unit at Sanet Trade & Services´.
