Job description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled in electrical maintenance engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for performing all maintenance tasks, including scheduled preventative maintenance testing, and troubleshooting by using computerized systems in Programming PLC and engineering drive system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, and experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
As an energetic Electrical Engineer who is always interested in new technologies, you will take responsibility on site with the customer for conducting scheduled, preventive maintenance work, service tests, but also for quick and careful failure analysis and troubleshooting. As an enthusiastic engineer, you will have access to the latest computer-aided systems for programming the PLC and the technical drive systems.
If you combine sound knowledge in electrical engineering with industrial production experience, you love customer service and you also enjoy solving challenging tasks, then you are the right person for this exciting position in an international company.
Main duties
- Schedule preventive maintenance
- Assign and delegate responsible task to subordinate
- Advice, suggestions on how to work with the principle correctly
- Manage work that is performed jointly with other departments
- Analyzing, testing and troubleshooting all types of machinery and technical issues
Other duties
- Integration of the modification and improvisation project in the existing machines
- Supporting the supplier in the commissioning of new lines and during service and annual visits
Key skills required
- Strong computer skills, MS Office, Programming PLC mainly Siemens, Beckhoff and B&R
- Engineering and drive programs (e.g. Siemens, Vacoon, Schneider, Reckroth, AB)
- Experienced in IT, particularly in analyzing networks and servers
- Able to work under pressure with good communication, leadership, planning and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate (speaking, writing, reading and listening) in English with suppliers worldwide and internally
