Job Description
After taking a majority share in a well-established Thai company, the German EINHELL
Group is about to introduce introduce its wide product range to the Thai Market and raising
the company’s organization to an international level.
Your job will be to ensure excellence in operations. Your tasks are to implement an
excellent organization through a competent analysis and realignment of all processes
ranging from the supply chain to warehouse management and after-sales service. You will
work closely with the German HQ.
CREATING CAREERS, the leading Recruitment Agency in Thailand, is assigned with the
search for an excellent Operations Manager. The mission for the future position holder is to
manage the company’s operations with regard to Purchasing, Warehouse & Logistics, After
sales service and Internal sales (order processing).
Main Duties
- Manage and optimize the supply chain from our Chinese suppliers to Thailand as
well as the distribution from our own-managed warehouse to the customer - Asses the actual performance of all operations departments (Purchasing,
Warehouse & logistics, After sales service and Internal sales coordination) in
terms of process and organization quality to identify development opportunities
and areas of improvement - Optimization of warehouse processes in our own-managed warehouse
- Optimization of after sales service processes
- Support the implementation of our group-wide demand-planning software
together with the companies’ headquarters in Germany - Projects / special tasks
Required Key Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in comparable operations management
roles in an international business environment - Process and organization minded with strong analytical skills
- Experience in dealing with ERP systems (especially SAP Business One)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially MS Excel)
Other Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills
- Result-oriented
- Authorized to work in Thailand

countries. By simply exchanging batteries between devices, the rechargeable battery is
able to operate all items within the platform – from drilling machines to chainsaws.
Now, this world known Group has arrived in Thailand! Our client’s existing range of high-pressure cleaners, vacuum cleaners, compressors and water pumps will be upgraded by
the portfolio of the battery-operated devices in both, power and garden tools. The supply
comes mostly from its German controlled production in Thailand.
