Job description

Main duties

  • Acquisition and development of new partners, resellers and strong end-users in Thailand
  • Support Partners on promoting retarus‘ solutions to their client base
  • Support development of Sales and Marketing Plans of Partners and Distributors
  • Closely collaborate with international marketing and sales team
  • Timely and comprehensive reporting into the retarus CRM system

Additional duties

  • Managing customers on Retarus cloud services (B2B) to detect up-sell and cross-sell
  • Manage whole sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Assuring participation of partners in retarus‘ learning initiatives

Major skills and requirements

  • Experience in software sales, cyber security preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales preferred
  • Well networked in the industry of SI and Cloud
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals rapidly
  • Thai as a mother tongue, fluent English is mandatory

Favorable skills and requirements

  • In-depth understanding of vertical market and key accounts sales practice
  • Practical experience with cloud / security solutions
  • Confidently approach and speak with C-level (CEO, CIO, CTO etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or IT related fields
  • Authorized to work in Thailand
