We are looking for a decisive and determined Sales Director to lead a new team of motivated marketing and sales professionals to success with Einhell’s range of power- and garden tools. You will be working in close cooperation and with the full support of the international sales management in the German HQ.
Your task is to modernize and enhance an existing sales organization in order to help the world-famous EINHELL brand to achieve great market success.

Main functions of the position:
- Motivate, lead and strengthen a newly implemented team toward the penetration and sales success of the Einhell brand in the Thai market.
- Leading and steering negotiations with decision-makers at traditional traders and modern trade customers.
- Accepting overall responsibility for achieving the targets in terms of sales and market share agreed with HQ.
- Develop and define the long-term product range and pricing strategy jointly HQ and the Board of Directors
- Constant monitoring of the market and the competition, plus the development of derived proposals for the decision-making process.
Other functions of the position:
- Creation and submission of the sales budget.
- Support and execute marketing activities.
- Strategic development of the sales and marketing organization.
- Continuous operational expansion of the sales force.
- Maintain & develop key decision makers.
You should bring these key skills:
- An open and persuasive personality with strong negotiating skills, team spirit and leadership qualities.
- Pioneering spirit with a high degree of self-motivation and enthusiasm for sales.
- Skillful and robust assertiveness in strengthening and improving the internal sales organization.
- Robust analysis and implementation of strategies and development of new expansion opportunities.
- Excellent English providence in reading and writing,
This would be favorable:
- Experience in working overseas or at international companies.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management or related areas.
- A financial or commercial focus on education is a plus.
- Experience in B2B sales and key account management, combined with a knowledge of the Thai non-food market.
- A sound technical background or professional experience of great advantage.
- Authorized to work in Thailand.
