We are looking for you as a powerful customer manager to further strengthen our retarus team in Thailand. You should be a highly motivated sales professional, who ideally already owns a valuable network of IT resellers or large IT users in Thailand and neighboring countries. As a sales-driven customer manager, you should nonetheless be serviceoriented and focused on providing sustainable support to your Key Accounts and your resellers. - Acquisition of new resellers and end customers for Retarus Cloud E-Mail Security in Thailand
- Onboarding and training of the new customers to develop a sustainable relationship
- Supporting resellers on their sell-through of Retarus Cloud Services
- Designing solutions and elaborating quotations for presentation to customers
- Contribution in developing and implementing the sales strategy for the Thai market
- Maintain organized and accurate records of daily activities and achievements utilizing CRM tools.
- Drive and execute joint marketing and sales campaigns with Resellers
- Constant screening of Retarus resellers to identify up- and cross-sell potentials
- Pro-actively support Resellers‘ Business Planning and participate in Quarterly Performance Review (QBR).
- Steering of the entire sales process from lead generation to the closing of deals
Major skills and requirements
- Experience in sales of software, preferred is cloud based security or related solutions
- At least 5 years of sales experience in Channel Sales and/or Direct Sales, ideally in IT companies
- Strong existing network in Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore for the areas of Security Intelligence (SI) and Cloud Security
- Typical „Hunter Profile“. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals quickly
- Fluent English is mandatory

- In-depth knowledge of vertical market and key account sales practices
- Confidence and proficiency in negotiating with management (C-level)
- Ability to step into a leadership role
- Degree in IT, Electronics or equivalent work experience
- Authorized to work in Thailand
