Main Duties
- Troubleshooting and electrical service for blown film and flat film extrusion lines
- Evaluate technical condition of equipment and systems
- Oversee inspections, maintenance and upgrade of lines
- Document warranty claims, determine the damage extent, and jointly define and execute corrective actions as specified
- Communicate with in-house teams to help customers resolve technical issues
Other Duties
- Provide technical consultancy to customers and promote service products
- Provide technical training to operators and maintenance staff
- Create reports, technical documents, and maintain records
Required Key Skills
- Diploma or degree in electrical or mechatronics engineering or related areas
- 3+ years field service experience in industrial settings, ideally with plastic processing machinery
- Extensive knowledge of automation systems, PLC’s (B&R, Siemens), and electrical drive systems
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and testing machines modules
- Fluent in verbal and written English
Other Required Skills
- Strong communication with both internal and external parties, even in high-pressure situations
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Willingness to travel 50% only within Thailand, based on a flexible schedule
- Driving license required
- Authorized to work in Thailand
