Job description
If you have a degree in law, are interested in business issues and management consulting and want to get involved in client projects that go beyond the normal desk work of a lawyer, then this is the right opportunity for you. You will have the chance to move from the back office to direct interaction with clients. The International Law Firm Sanet Legal with affiliated Management Consulting and comprehensive services for Western businesses, is seeking your assistance for company establishments, BOI applications, Foreign Business Licenses and interdepartmental legal services. We are looking for a colleague to join our team of Thai, German and Austrian Lawyers to provide significant project support in these areas. For younger colleagues a future partnership is not excluded once they prove their abilities.
Main duties
- Handle company establishments, DBD, BOI and FBL matters
- Monitor and investigate details of BOI policies and Thai Foreign Business Legislation
- Join and/or conduct negotiations with Thai authorities and or clients
- Draft and review legal contracts
- Internal support for the consulting departments.
Key skills required
- Very good English skills are essential
- Proactive personality, polite and excellent manners
- Interested in Business Consulting
- Some practice in a law firm or as legal advisor are of advantage
- Studies abroad are of advantage
- Holding a Thai Lawyer License of advantage
